This winter, I am taking a sabbatical to celebrate 10 years of practicing in Western New York and to take time to focus on my highest priority, my family. I realize that sabbaticals are typically for those in academics, but I am blessed that God is providing me with this same opportunity. During this winter, I am planning to spend quality time with my family in the Dominican Republic where we will all be involved in short term dental mission trips as well as supporting the local church.
Since moving to Buffalo, my time has been extensively appropriated toward building a new office, developing our team’s culture, and sharing our mission with the community. The process of growth has been challenging, exciting, and all-consuming with my efforts. You, the community of Buffalo, have been extremely supportive through this time and I am grateful for the confidence that you have shown me.
This opportunity for me to spend this time with my family is only possible because of the trust that I have in both Dr. Yerke and Dr. Corbelli to continue serving your needs. Additionally, my team has shown exceptional leadership leading up to this point and I am confident that they will be available to answer any questions to support your needs until my return.
Our office will continue to offer superior periodontal treatment Monday-Friday with the same care that you have grown to expect. I am looking forward to seeing you next spring to share my family’s experiences and adventures.
